Teams, found and employed.
When what you need is not a project but a team of your own: we start from the work, not from a bench. Building the AI shows what the roles will need over the medium to long term, so we help you shape the job description from that, find the people, employ them compliantly wherever they live, and train them for the role once it is defined. When you’re ready, the whole team transfers in-house. Your IP, always.
We found and employed the engineers for a property-transaction network; every one was novated in-house as the company grew.
Outsourcing ends where ownership begins.
Conventional outsourcing leaves you with someone else’s team, someone else’s habits and a contract that gets harder to leave every quarter. Hiring alone is slower than the plan can bear. The team you actually want is one you own: found fast, employed properly, and working the way the next decade works, with AI in the loop from the start.
Find, employ, operate, scale, transfer.
- Find. The build tells us what the AI work will need over the medium to long term, and we help you shape the job description from that. Then we run the recruitment, hiring remotely ourselves or alongside your own recruitment team, against your bar and not a bench.
- Employ. We employ them compliantly wherever they live, so you get the team without the entity, payroll and employment-law build-out.
- Operate. The team works as yours from day one: your tools, your rhythm, your roadmap. Training follows the role: we train the team for the job once the job is defined, rather than in advance of it.
- Scale. We build teams, not placements: ten or more hires over six months is the minimum we take on. From there we keep hiring against your bar as you grow.
- Transfer. When you’re ready, employment transfers to you. Contracts novated, nothing renegotiated, no lock-in by design.
Objections, answered in the open.
- The IP is yours from the first commit. Work product belongs to you contractually from day one, not at transfer.
- Employment is real employment. Compliant contracts in each engineer’s own country, not contractor workarounds.
- Transfer is the point, not the penalty. The engagement is designed to end with the team in your house. We have done this before: at a property-transaction network, we found and employed the engineers, and every one was novated in-house as the company grew.
