Esya builds two things inside your business and leaves both with you: AI in one workflow that matters, and a team of your own. Both offers come from the same conviction: the work should live where the business lives.
The name.
Esya is Sanskrit. Monier-Williams (1899) carries एष्य eṣya as an adjective, and gives its first sense as “to be striven after, to be sought for”; a later sense is “what is to come, future”. Both readings describe the work: something sought out, in order to build what comes next.
What the first five years taught us.
Esya started in 2020 building products and teams for venture-backed companies: a property-investment platform taken from seed to a US$35m valuation by 2022, a property-transaction network scaled without losing its culture, and engagements across collaboration software, the creator economy and mobile.
The lesson from all of it: the distance between the people building and the work being done is where projects die. Everything we now do, forward deployed AI engineering and the teams that run it, is the removal of that distance. Forward deployed means our senior engineers work inside your business, in your office and your repo, rather than from an agency at arm’s length.
